Nokia may represent a new Android-smartphone June 24 – 3DNews

Nokia has in his Twitter-blog said about the presentation, which will be held June 24.

What exactly is going to present the company is not specified. But network sources believe that it is likely to go on the new X-Series smartphone operating system Android. Hints at this published in Twitter-message banner with green background and white diagonal stripe.

Previously available web sources was information on the characteristics of the new Android-smartphone Nokia X series (presumably, X2). Apparatus, according to preliminary data, will receive a 4.3-inch touchscreen display format WVGA (800 × 480 pixels), dual-core Snapdragon processor 200 with a clock speed of 1.2 GHz, 1 GB of RAM, 4GB of internal flash memory, a front 0 3-megapixel camera and a 5-megapixel camera on the back side of the case. For comparison, the original version of the smartphone X (in the image) is endowed with a 4-inch IPS-display WVGA, dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor 1 GHz, 3-megapixel camera, 512MB of RAM and 4 GB of internal memory expandable through microSD removable media up to 32 GB.

Besides improving the performance, the new smartphone can receive and design changes. In particular, concerning the appearance of the “home” button, which in the original device is missing.
