In Android 6.0 Marshmallow found built-in file manager – 3DNews

Google recently released Android 6.0 Marshmallow-enabled fingerprint scanner, a function of Google Now on Tap, and other innovations. Recently, researchers have noticed that the new version of the platform for the first time in the history of Android also has a built-in file manager.

To open the built-in Android file manager, you must go to Settings, and then under Storage and USB menu, scroll down to the option Explore.

The new file manager allows you to view the contents of the built-in and connected drives. In addition, the user can copy files from one folder to another. The structure of the new utility included sorting function, but there is no way to cut the files or rename them.

The new file manager is quite simple to use and has a built-in search function. The application is not yet represented in the Play Store, but it is available on all devices Android Marshmallow.

The application store for Android has a lot of file managers, most of whom are not worse than the new built-in application. At the same time, some developers will lose potential customers because the customer can simply not found in the store program that can be done by standard means.

If you notice a mistake – select it mouse and press CTRL + ENTER.
