Xiaomi Mi Pad 2: Android or Windows 10? – Http://json.tv/ (press release) (Register)

The latest tablet from the Chinese producer Xiaomi was called Mi Pad 2 . He works with the operating system Android 5.1 Lollipop or Windows 10. Apparently, Microsoft has allowed the company to run the operating system and sell it for free.

Inside the machine you’ll find a quad-core Intel Atom X8500 X5′s clock speed of 2.24 GHz. This tablet works with graphics Intel HD. 2GB of dual-channel memory LPDDR3 attached.

Xiaomi made several versions of this tablet. One has 16GB of internal memory, while the other has 64 GB internal memory. There’s no card slot MicroSD, but there is a massive battery. Battery turned to 6190 mAh, the charging through 5 V / 2, A is an opportunity for fast charging. Throw in a round connector and USB-C.

What is strange, for the version with the android is a model of a 16 or 64 GB of internal space, but a Windows version is available only model with 64 GB of internal memory. Both will be available on the market, starting in December.

According to unconfirmed rumors, the company is also considering to release a model with just two operating systems in the version 64 GB. Switching between the systems can take place at the click of a button. Maybe that’s why Windows 10 is only available in the version with 64 GB?
