Moto G second generation began to be updated to Android 6.0 Marshmallow – Ferra

Motorola has launched large-scale update to Android 6.0 Marshmallow smartphone Moto G second generation, which was released in 2014. Recall Release update took place after the start of the test updates at the end of January in Brazil and India.


Interestingly, the Moto G second generation did not get an upgrade to Android 5.1 Lollipop, the last major update to the fresh OS version for it has Android 5.0 Lollipop.

Recall that in late December, Motorola started to spread to users in the US and Canada smartphone Moto G third generation, released in 2015, the firmware upgrade to the latest version of Android 6.0 operating system Marshmallow.
